Unlock Atlantic Division:
Reach "Silver" or greater rank in all Tier 1 competitions

Unlock Northwest Division:
Reach "Silver" or greater rank in all Tier 2 competitions

Unlock 1960's All-Star Team:
Reach "Gold" rank in all Tier 1 competitions

Unlock 1970's All-Star Team:
Reach "Gold" rank in all Tier 2 competitions

Unlock 1980's All-Star Team:
Reach "Gold" rank in all Tier 3 competitions

Unlock 1990's All-Star Team:
Reach "Gold" rank in all Tier 4 competitions

Legends on teams:
Go to the "Roster Management" menu, then select "Sign/Release Players" option.
Then, switch over to the Free Agent side and press R. You will see legends on
