Pause the game and press the following button cobinations:

Unlock Big ball:
Up, Right, Down, Left, Right, Down, Left, Up.

Increase players speed:
Left, Left, Left, Up, Right, Right, Right, Down

Faster pitch speed:
Up, Up, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up

Slow down the players:
Right, Right, Right, Up, Left, Left, Left, Down

Big head mode:
Left, Right, Up, Up, Left, Right, Up, Up

Small head mode:
Left, Right, Down, Down, Left, Right, Down

Game developer starter:
Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up, Right

Turn off sound effects:

Quick winning:
Score a run, after press the start button.
Select "Fast Forward" and choose "End Of Game".
