The Sims: Bustin' Out cheats and cheat codes for Gamecube

Enable cheat gnome
Pause the game play and quickly puish Down, L, Z, R, Left, X buttons on 
your controller. If you typed correctly, you will hear a Sim voice. 
The Cheat gnome will appear near the house that your Sim is at. You 
need to activate before enter any other codes. Note: Your Sim will 
get a phone call everyday to get Simoleons. 

If you enter any of the following codes correctly, you will hear a 
Sim voice also. You need to push the buttons combination quickly, 
so the cheat needs to be entered in about 1.5 seconds.

Unlock all objects
Activate the Cheat gnome then pause the game play, then press
Down, Z, Up, Up, R . To disable this cheat, pause the game play again 
and enter R, Up, Up, Z, Down.

Unlock all visit locations
Activate the Cheat gnome then pause the game play, then press 
Left, Z, R, L, Z . To disable this cheat, pause the game play again and 
enter Z, L, R, Z, Left.

Unlock all socials
Activate the Cheat gnome then pause the game play, then press 
L, R, Down, Down, Y or  L, R, Down, A, Y. To disable this cheat, 
pause the game play again and enter Y, Down, Down, R, L.

Team picture
Activate the Cheat gnome then pause the game play, then press R, Z, Down.
To disable this cheat, pause the game play again and enter Down, Z, R.

More money
Activate the Cheat gnome then pause the game play, then press 
Down, L, Z, R, Left, Right. Choose the cheat gnome, after select the 
"Give Money" option to receive 10000 Simoleons.

Unlock all clothes:
Activate the Cheat gnome then pause the game play, then press 
L, Y, A, R, Left while playing. Re-enter the code to disable 
the cheat efect.

Sims never tire: 
Activate the Cheat gnome then pause the game play, then press 
Z, R, L, UP, DOWN, UP  while playing.

Raise motives:
Activate the Cheat gnome then pause the game play, then press 
L, R, Y, Down, Down, X. Choose the cheat gnome, after select 
the "Fix Motives" option to receive 10000 Simoleons.
Raise social motive faster(hint)

To raise the social bar faster, keep hugging a friend or lover, do
 it about 5 or 6 times and your social bar will rise a lot.Note this 
willnot work if your sim is in a bad mood or with really low 
relationship.
