Turn on cheat mode:
Enable cheat mode first, to cheats work. Go to the title screen, 
press A, after hold both L and R buttons at the same time and press 
Down, Down, Right, Up on the D-Pad. If the code is accepted, 
"Please Press Start to Begin" text will change to green.

Select any level
Press Up, Up, Right, Right, Up, Right, Down on the D-pad while 
holding the L button

10K Extra Coins
Press Down, Left, Right, Down, Down on the D-pad while 
holding the L button

Invincibility
Press Down, Up, Down, Right, Right on the D-pad while 
holding the L button

Level skip
Press Down, Left, Down, Left, Down, Right, Down, Right, Up on the D-pad 
while holding the L button

Unlock All Abilities
Hold L and press Down, Left, Right, Left, Up.

Restore Children's Health
During gameplay hold L and press Down, Left, Left, Right on D-PAD.
