Unlock 10 bonus beginner levels:
Finish all 10 levels in beginner mode in World 1 without
using a single continue.

Unlock 10 bonus advanced levels:
Finish all 30 levels in advanced mode in Worlds 2-4 without
using a single continue.

Unlock 10 bonus expert levels:
Finish all 50 levels in expert mode in Worlds 5-10 without
using a single continue

Unlock 10 bonus master levels:
Finish all 10 levels in master mode without using a
single continue.

Unlock Party games:
Reach 2,500 play points. You can earn lots of point on extra stages.
To play on extra stages, first play on the Beginner level in challange
