Unlock Crocodile:
Reach the "Top Pirate of the Continent" rating to unlock Crocodile as a 
captain in Grand Adventure mode. 

Unlock Chaser (Smoker):
Reach the "Top Pirate of the Grand Line" rating to unlock Chaser (Smoker) as a 
captain in Grand Adventure mode. 

Unlock Chaser:
Reach level 15 with him in Chaser's adventure, then win a battle using him.

Unlock Buggy:

Grand Adventure mode.

Beat the last boss in Adventure mode with the following characters: 
Chaser, Buggy, Luffy,  Crocodile.

Zeff:
Zeff In Chaser's adventure mode, get Zeff to level 15 and use him once in battle.

Eneru:
In Crocodile's adventure mode, get Eneru as an ally in the Jaya area. Then, 
use him once in battle after he joins to the party.

Kuina:
In Chaser'a adventure mode, recruit Kuina in the ship graveyard. 
Then, defeat Zolo using her in Alabasta.

In Buggy's adventure mode, recruit Trace in Drum Island. Then, 
use him once in battle after he joins to the party.

Support characters in Grand Battle mode: 
Use a support character in 3 battles in Adventure mode they can now be used
