Play with the game until you reach the match with marked as "?".
Beat your opponent. You can defeat him easily by using just low kicks. 

Noob Saibot as your opponent:
Win 50 matches in a row.

Smoke as your opponent:
While you are on the Bridge stage and Dan says "Toasty" hit Down + Start

Unlock Two-player Pong game:
Reach 250 number of battles at the versus screen.

Watch the TOP 15 players
Hit Down in attract mode.

Select fighters randomly:
Hit Up + A at the character selection menu.
