Unlock All locations:
Hold L + Y and press Left, Up, Up, Right, Down, Down, Right, Down
at the main menu.

How to get more trick points easily:
On the pitch go to the bottom-right hand corner and do ounce of bounce, then
go to another player and do pot of gold on them. Then you will have X2 combo,
quickly take a shot and you will at least get 1000 trick points. Sometimes
