Custom Groove option:
Defeat the normal boss (rugal or Akuma) to unlock Custom Groove option.
Fulfill two of the following four conditions to fight against the normal boss:
Reach more than 1000 GPS by the end of the game.
Perform 4 or more special Knock Outs.
Middle Boss has appeared.
Perform 2 or more LV3 super combo Knock Outs.


Fight against Middle Boss
The middle Boss will appear only if, no time over has occurred, and the
CPU has not perform 3 or more Special Knock Outs and CPU has not made
more than 6 "first attacks".

1-on-3 tag team mode
Highlight any character at the fighter selection screen and hit a button.
Allow time to run out and the game will start in 1-on-3 tag team mode.
Note: Do not choose the 1-on-1 battle mode.

Additional color edit mode options:
If you edit the colors for your fighter, hit Start button to bring up
more options on the left side of the screen.

Unlock secret Bosses
To unlock secret bosses, you have to beat them.

If you fulfill the following conditions, the boss will appear:
Reach more than 1500 GPS by the end of the game.
Beat Geese or Bison/Vega Middle Boss
Reach at least one Finest KO.

Capcom groove have to fight against Ultimate Rugal boss.
SNK groove have to fight against Shin Akuma boss.


Unlock Boss challenge mode:
Beat the Ultimate Rugal secret boss and unlock him.
Beat the Shin Akuma secret boss and unlock him.
Hold X + Y and hit Start button while highlighting arcade mode.

Unlock Extra options
Finish the Boss challenge mode without using a single continues

Random Groove
Hit the Start at the Groove selection screen.

Unlimited custom groove settings:
Beat all fighters straight in survival mode.

Say an opponent specific quote
Win a stage then hold Start + FP

Speak with a team member
Win a stage then hold Start + FK
