Get a golden fishing rod:
Catch one of each fish (There are 48 total).

Get a fish weather vane:
Catch and donate one of each fish to the museum.

Golden bug net:
Catch one of each bug (There are 48 total).

Get a butterfly emblem on your house:

Getting a golden shovel
Bury a shovel in a "glowing spot". The tree will mature.
Shake the tree to drop a golden shovel.

When you dig up fossils, send them to the museum to be specified.
When the museum returns them to your house in the mail sell the to nook.

If you want to catch a bee, I suggest you follow these steps.
step#1: First, you need to have a net in your pockets.
step#2: shake trees until a beehive falls out.
step#3: whenever you see the beehive press start rapidly.
step#4: now get your net out.
step#5: the bees will start chasing you, run away from them.
the final step: turn towards the bees, and whenever they're 1 inch
away from you, swing your net
