Delete all bookmarks and reset all settings:
Hold L + R + Up + X + B + Select as the browser loads to unlock
the Failsafe mode.
View PDF files:
Look up the pdf documents with a Google search, and if it has a
"View in HTML" option in the results, select it. You will be
able to access that page.
