Unlock Tokyo Dristone Driller endless level:
Complete Dristone Driller

Unlock Outer Space endless level:
Finish all levels in mission mode
(In European version: Finish "The Moon" level in mission mode)

South Pole endless level:
Finish all levels except Outer Space in mission mode
(Only in european version)

Unlock and play with Puchi:
Finish the Japan level in Mission Driller mode.

Unlock and play with Usagi:
Unlock all charachter, after play with  Ataru amd finish the 2000m Moon 
level. You will see a black rabbit on the screen. He is Usagi.
Finish the level to unlock him. (Only in Japanese version):

Unlock mirror time attack mode:
Finish levels A through J in time attack mode. 

Mr. Driller Badge:
Finish a Mission Driller mode level, but you can't use any items + 
you no lose a life. 

Changing the title screen:
If you complete any level, every time a flower appear on the opening screen.
