Pause the game play and press the following button combination:
If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. 

Get all tapes: Hold L and hit C-Right, Left, Up, C-Up, C-Up, Right, Down, Up. 
Fast specials: Hold L and hit C-Up, Left, C-Down, C-Down, Up, Down, Right.
Perfect balance: Hold L and hit C-Up, C-Right, Left, C-Right, Right, Up, Down.
Raise stats to 10: Hold L and hit C-Up, C-Left, Left, Up, C-Down.
Raise stats to 13: Hold L and hit C-Up, C-Left, Left, Up, Down.
Slow-motion: Hold L and hit Down, Down, C-Up, C-Right, Left.
Enable turbo mode: Hold L and hit Right, Up, Down, Down, Up, Down.
Random starting locations: Hold L and hit C-Left, C-Right, C-Down, Up, Down.

Unlock Officer Dick as playable character:
Find all 30 tapes with any character in career mode

Unlock Private Carrera with max stats and great specials:
First unlock Officer Dick. While playing with Oficer Dick hold
L1 and hit C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, C-Down, Up, Right, Left. 
Leave the game and return to the skater selection screen. 

View skater's special moves
Reach gold in all 3 competition with any skater, after choose the 
"Trick Tutorial" selection on the extras menu.
