Finish the game in between 5 - 7 hours and save.

Big eyes mode
Finish the game in hard mode.

All weapons:
Go to the options screen, then oress the following button 
combinations in order:

Hold R + L and press Y, B, Left, Right, B, Y 
or
Finish the game less than 5 hour.

Unlimited secret remote bombs (Japanese):
Go to the Blue Stinger title screen and press 
X, Y, A, R, Start, L, Start 

Heat-seeking ray gun:
Finish the game two times

Mad mode:
Finish the game three times and save the cleared game to a VMU.

Swimmer mode:
Finish the game two times and save the cleared game to a VMU.
