Unlimited lives:
At the start screen, hold Start on Controller C and press A,
B, A, B, Up, Down on Controller D.
or
At the start screen hold start with conntroler C and press
A, B, A, B, UP on controller D
Continue game play
When your last ship explodes, press Start on Controller 2 and have
Player 2 quit, and Player 1 able to continue gameplay.
